Topavzian Reaches Long List for 2010 British Fantasy Awards

        P.L. Lambrou's debut novel, Topavzian, has been long listed for the 2010 British Fantasy Awards, in the "Best Novel" category. This trippy medival fantasy was published in August 2009, by RPI. The winner of this award will be announced at Fantasy Con 2010 on Sept 18th, 2010.




French Film Company in Movie Deal Talks About Babylon's Tablet of Destiny

        Although talks have just begun, the 2009 Award Winning Raider Book, Babylon's Tablet of Destiny has sparket interest among several film production companies in France. The author, Jack Dunn is currently in communication with several interested parties. Check this page in the future for updates.




John Holt Making A Name For Himself In England 

        Raider Mystery Novelist John Holt has gained local aclaim in England with his latest release, The Marinski Affair. This lastest detective masterpiece has also been nominated for the Mystery/Suspense Ippy Award, to be announced on May 5th, 2010.

        The Mystery Chronicles has won the Bronze Medal Award for Young Adult Mystery Book of the Year at the third annual Moonbeam Children's Awards. Florianne's book was chosen out of a total pool of three thousand entries and the Australian author is extremely excited by her first award win.

Babylon's Tablet of Destiny Wins Silver Medal in New York

            Jack Dunn's Book, Babylon's Tablet of Destiny has won the Ippy Award for being one of the best Religious Fiction books of 2008. This major national award was presented at a private ceremony in New York City on May 29th. It was received by Author Jack Dunn, Co-Author Fletcher Poret, Illustrator Michael Williams and Raider Publishing Director Adam Salviani.

Benjamin Warren Appears on CTV

             Raider Author Benjamin Warren will be appearing on Christchurch Telivision in New Zealand on Friday, June 12th. He will be answering questions about his new book, The Ullswater Mystery, was released in May 2009 and is available wherever fine books are sold.

Pelican Revival in US Movie Talks

       Upcoming RPI release, Pelican Revival By George Tielen, is currently being considered for a US Film, through several Dutch production companies. Talks between Mr. Tielen, Raider Publishing and the production companies are currently underway.

Film Rights For Teddy: A True Story Get Picked Up

           The film rights for Teddy: A True Story by Ursula O'Gara (Published By RPI Sept 2008) were recently purchased by European film producer Gregory Dark. Although the upcoming film timetable is uncertain all parties involved hope to start pre-production as soon as possible.


Lost and Found Reaches Top Spot on Author's Den

           Lost and Found By Kathy Mescall (Published By RPI May 2008) reached the top spot on the Author's Den featured list of books to read in November 2008. This achievement came after extensive publicity work by both the author and RPI. Kathy Mescall expects to have her second book ready for publication in 2009 and a promotional tour is currently being arranged.

           Raider Publishing author Kevin Eze will have part of his work included in "Africa's World at War: A Congolese Journey" an anthology to be published in late 2009. Notable authors Chenjerai Hove and Okey Ndibe describe Eze's contribution as 'cogent, well crafted and of great significance.'

RPI Opens Brick and Mortar Retail Branch in New York

        On January 5th, 2010 the first Raider Bookshop opened it's doors to the public. This 1000 sq/ft store located in Suffern, NY (app. 20 miles from Manhattan), is the first in what RPI hopes to be a chain of retail stores in the coming years. Raider Books Being Considered For Thirty National/International Awards

        May could be a big month for Raider Publishing as thirty RPI titles are up for Award Consideration. For a full list of the nominations, please check the "News" section of the main website. Last year, RPI won two International Awards, for Babylon's Tablet of Destiny (IPPY-Religous Fiction) and The Mystery Chronicles (Moonbeam - Young Adult Fiction).

RPI to Launch "Raider Classic" Series of books in 2010

         Raider Publishing International is officially announcing plans to publish many of the most critically acclaimed and bestselling titles of all time starting in June 2010. After purchasing an extensive amount of reprint rights, the first Raider Classic Book to be published will be Treasure Island  By Robert Louis Stevenson. More details of this series will be announced at a later time.              

Raider Broadcasting Network Launches New Spring Season


        On March 15th, the new season of shows will air on the Raider Broadcasting Network. This Spring/Summer Season will include eight new mini-series based on RPI releases, eight new episodes of the Writer's Forum and the return of The Author's Corner Series. RBN continues to show steady growth, with over seventeen thousand listeners per week last fall. Raider Literary Magazine to be Released March 26th

        After a breif hiadis, the Raider Literary Magazine will return to shelves, and the internet on March 26th. This new Spring issue will feature intervews with three Raider authors, excerpts from four Raider Publications and features on eight up and coming Raider Authors. The previous isse of the RLM was read by over twenty five thousand people.


Raider to Launch Nine TV/Radio Advertising Campaigns in April 2010

        The Raider Advertising Agency will be airing a new set of Ads for some of the hottest Raider titles this spring. Nine different TV/Radio advertising campaigns will begin starting on April 1st. These advertisements will air on national telivision and radio stations in the largest sixteen US cities. Raider Publishing International Signs Deal With Collins Bookstores

        
In December 2008 Raider Publishing International proudly added Collins Bookstores, the largest book chain in Australia as a distribution partner. From December 2008 onwards, all new Raider Publishing titles will be available through Collins Bookstores in Australia and New Zealand.


Advertising Partnership Deal Signed With Clear Chanel Media

        
  In conjunction with the new advertising service being offered by Raider Publishing International, a deal with the largest TV/Radio media company in the US and Canada has been agreed upon. This service will open up the possibility of Raider Books to be advertised through TV and Radio in all North American markets. Please see our Advertising Program Page for more details.

 
Raider Publishing Signs Distribution Agreement with Eason's


         
RPI has extended it's distribution deal with Eason's Bookshops, the largest book selling chain in Ireland and Northern Ireland. All Raider Books will be available through Eason's until 2012 pending another deal that extends that date is not agreed upon in the future.
